The town is situated approximately 180 km East of Capetown and 100 km from Cape Agulhas,

southernmost tip of the African continent.
Surrounded by the Langeberg Mountain Range in the north-east, and the Riviersonderend Mountains in the south-west, it is one of the most beautifully situated towns in the Western Cape.
Ideally situated on the legendary Route 62, winding through the Breede River Valley, halfway between Cape Town, Knysna and the Garden Route. BeauSoleil is a working vineyard in the picturesque valley of Breede with its majestic Langeberg Mountains (snow-capped in winter).
